  • Sneakers for the walk to lunch and for playing inside if the weather is bad

  • Change of clothes

WAIVER & RELEASE FORM

The Waiver & Release Form is completed and signed electronically during your online registration process, it does not need to be brought to camp with you.

MEDICAL FORM INFORMATION

The Medical Form is only required to bring with you to check-in if your child will need to take any medications while at camp or has specific medical conditions or allergies that our medical staff needs to be made aware of.

All medications are to be labeled clearly with your child’s name and with instructions on how often and how much to be administered to your child.

If your child uses an inhaler, even if only for in an emergency, please complete the form, and bring the inhaler labeled in a zip-loc bag.

RESIDENTIAL CAMPS

We are not offering Residential Camps in 2022 but stay tuned for future dates!

*National College ID Camp does not include any lodging for campers

CAMP STORE USE AT DAY CAMPS

At Full Day Camps and Young Stars Camps, a camp store will be available during breaks. At the store, campers will be able to use their camp bank balance to purchase snacks, snow cones, & more.

Camp bank balance can be added during the camp registration process. We recommend $40 - $50 for a Full Day Camp and $30 - $40 for a Young Stars Camp. If extra funds need to be added during the week, please contact the camp director who will be able to accept cash or card.

*Please note that any remaining camp bank balance CANNOT be refunded.

staying hydrated AT CAMP

Drinking enough fluids in order to stay hydrated is incredibly important for all of our campers. We will have large drinking coolers of water at all of our camps and plenty of water & shade breaks. In addition, with the purchase of our Unlimited Gatorade Package, campers can have access to unlimited cold Gatorade on the fields all week. With the amount of soccer that the campers are playing, the contents of Gatorade can help to boost energy levels as well as hydration levels. This package can be paid for at camp check-in or during online registration.

CAMPERS WITH FOOD ALLERGIES/SPECIAL DIET

We will be happy to accommodate campers with food allergies and special diets. Please include food allergies or dietary requirements in the ‘medical conditions’ section during registration. Alternatively, you can email usfsoccercamp@gmail.com. We will communicate with the USF Campus Dining staff to ensure safe options for each camper if at all possible.

We are not able to control what other campers may be eating at camp, or what will be available to your child in the dining hall, but your child will have enough options at the dining hall to avoid foods they may be allergic to. If you feel more comfortable, they can also bring their own meals.

SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION FROM AIRPORT

For those campers attending one of our camps at USF and traveling from out of the local area, we are unable to provide transportation to and from the airport. It is easy to catch an Uber/Lyft from the airport (approximately 25 minute drive).

ADULT/COACH SUPERVISION AT CAMPS

Camp coaches will take attendance with their groups each morning, and then multiple times throughout the day. Each camper will be assigned to a specific group and coach. Campers will walk together in their groups during all transitions in the camp schedule.

REACHING YOUR CHILD AT CAMP

If you need to reach your child during camp, please contact the camp director. The camp director’s cell phone # will be provided to you in the pre-camp informational email in the week prior to camp.

CAN I WATCH MY CHILD TRAIN AT CAMP?

You can watch your child during camp at any time at any of our camps. We do not allow any coaching from the parents, or any type of negative cheering towards any camper, and we ask that parents keep a comfortable distance from the where the campers are training/playing.

CLOSING CEREMONIES

Everyone is invited to attend a brief awards ceremony on the last day of camp. Closing ceremony times will be sent out in the camp informational email.

PERSONAL ITEMS POLICY

Bulls Soccer Camps is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items of a camper, a camper’s guests, or family, and is not responsible for replacing them in any way. Parents, guests, family and campers who bring personal items, including cell phones, or any other electronic devices or personal items, bring them at their own risk. In the event an item is lost, please first check the lost and found that can be found at the camp store. If there is not a camp store at your camp, please ask to speak to the camp director at check-in or check-out to see if they found the item. Please do not contact the camp office during camp about lost items, the office is not located at camp, and is not in possession of the lost and found items. USF Soccer Camps is unable to guarantee that if an item is found, that it will be in the camp’s possession at the time you come to pick it up, and these items can only be kept for a short period of time. We are unable to mail out any lost items or items that are left behind at camp, unless shipping pre-payment is arranged with our camp office.

CAMPERS WITH A CAR

Campers who drive themselves to ID camp have the option to safely leave their keys with a staff member. Parents who would like the keys to remain with a staff member at all times except for during camp breaks should email usfsoccercamp@gmail.com. Please understand that this policy is in place to insure the safety of the camper and other campers.

WEATHER DELAYS & CANCELLATIONS

In the event that inclement weather prohibits the players from training outside at any of our events, if indoor facilities are available, players will be moved inside to train, or will be brought to a safe indoor or covered area until the weather has passed. Bulls Soccer Camps will do its best under these circumstances and the facilities being used, to keep the players active, but their safety is our first priority. If a training session is missed during an event and is unable to be taken indoors, we will do our best to make up that session during the remainder of the event. Bulls Soccer Camps is unable to issue any type of credit or refund for inclement weather prior to or during an event, many expenses have already been paid for to hold the event. In the case of a catastrophe, such as but not limited to a natural disaster, hurricane, flood, earthquake, crime or terrorism, sickness outbreak, or war; and Bulls Soccer Camps is unable to hold the event, Bulls Soccer Camps will retain the right to determine if the camp can be postponed. If the camp is postponed to a later date, Bulls Soccer Camps retains the right to decide the postponement date, and retain all registration fees paid for the camp to hold the camp on the postponement date.

Changes to camp drop-off or pick-up locations will be communicated by email and text.
